small dog friendly less than 20 lbs - additional cleaning/pet hair removal fee required Dog must be disclosed in advance. Fee is per pet (1 pet max in the studio apartment). All dogs are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the dog owner. Failure to disclose the pet in advance will result in a $500 fee. Dogs must be cleaned up after on the immediate grounds surrounding the building, we would encourage you to walk your dog in the wooded areas away from the building. Dog must not be disruptive to other residents & guests. So if your pup is a barker when it hears noises, this would not be the best place for you to stay! Thanks for your consideration.

you will enter thru the guard gate and there will be id verification upon arrival Be sure to be prepared to provide that. Parking is in the open lot in front of the building, spots are first come, first served. This studio apartment is on the 2nd floor so stairs are required.
